The Shahs Halal Franchising team will help you from start to finish and help solidify communication platforms, POS software and store design. While the franchisee is responsible for managing the project, we will assist, advise, and support you along the way.

We will provide you with a construction package and detailed requirements including signage, décor, menus, POS, equipment, vendors, floor plan etc. This information will be provided after the contract is signed and franchise fee is paid. We will provide access to our platforms to where we can communicate through each step.
We ensure adequate training protocols are provided for ownership and management to effectively run your store. Our two-week mandatory training, held at one of our New York locations, will be a hands-on experience providing successful strategies in customer experience, food preparation/waste management and daily operations. To compliment, you will have access to training videos and an operational manual, designed for Shah’s Halal franchise owners.
Our proprietary distribution company provides fresh, high quality, marinated meats and provisions required for you to run your business. Our company will ensure that you receive your products on time. We will work together and provide you with all the details of ordering and delivery.
Our marketing partner will assist with openings of all locations. Social media channels are run from within. We kindly request that locations do not create their own channels so we can remain consistent with brand image and messaging. We will work with you collaboratively to share your content across our channels. Your location will be listed on shahshalalfood.com and include a location page to house local contact, delivery and catering information.
